Villages Property Management (VPM) is tasked with providing exceptional service for the tenants in its portfolio. VPM’s portfolio consists of key residential and commercial structures helping to drive the retail and residential resurgence of the Villages of Detroit.

Projects include mixed-use developments along Kercheval Avenue, the Chalfonte apartments on the edge of East and Indian Village, a significant number of beautifully restored duplex and single family homes in West and North Village, Islandview and an historic, mixed-use building in the heart of Midtown.
